This website is owned by Betclic Portugal, S.A. ("Betclic"), a Portuguese company headquartered in Lisbon, holder of a licence granted by the Serviço de Regulação e Inspeção de Jogos (SRIJ) of Turismo de Portugal, I.P. for the operation of online sports betting and games of chance.

This institutional website ("Betclic Momentum") is intended solely to communicate Betclic's moments, sponsorships, campaigns and activations. It does not allow registration, deposits, betting or any gaming operation. All gaming activity is provided at www.betclic.pt under specific regulation.

These Terms govern your access to, navigation of and use of the Betclic Momentum website, including consultation of editorial content, the event calendar, the map, news and optional newsletter subscription.

Access to the website is free of charge. Although the site does not allow gaming, given its brand context it is reserved to users aged 18 or over. By using the site you confirm you are at least 18 years old.

The site may provide links to websites operated by third parties. Betclic does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, policies or practices. The inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

Content shared by third parties (e.g. embedded social media) is governed by the terms of those platforms.

Newsletter subscription is optional. By subscribing, you authorise Betclic to send you electronic communications related to the brand, events and campaigns. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email or by contacting us.

Betclic uses its best efforts to keep the site available and its content up to date, accurate and complete. However, it does not guarantee the absence of errors, interruptions or unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Betclic will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the site, the existence of errors or inaccuracies in the content, or computer attacks.

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from the use of the site, the parties elect the courts of the District of Lisbon as competent, expressly waiving any other.
