Betclic Portugal, S.A., headquartered in Lisbon, Portugal, is the controller of the personal data collected through this website.

We collect only the data strictly necessary for the purposes for which they are intended:

• Providing and operating the website, ensuring its security and preventing abuse — legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

• Responding to contacts and requests — pre-contractual steps or legitimate interest.

• Producing aggregated and anonymous usage statistics — legitimate interest.

We do not sell data. Data may be shared with:

• Processors that provide hosting, email delivery or analytics services, under contract and instructions of Betclic.

• Betclic group companies, when strictly necessary and with adequate safeguards.

Where transfers outside the European Economic Area occur, adequate safeguards are adopted, in particular Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

• Technical logs and navigation data: up to 12 months.

• Newsletter subscription data: while the subscription is active and up to 6 months after cancellation.

• Contact messages: up to 24 months after the last interaction.

• Anonymised aggregated statistics: indefinite period.

As a data subject, you have the right to: access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing and withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of previous processing.

We adopt technical and organisational measures appropriate to protect personal data from unauthorised access, loss, destruction or accidental or unlawful alteration.

The site is intended exclusively for users aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you become aware of any improper collection, please contact us so we can delete it.

This Policy may be updated to reflect legal, technical or operational changes. The version in force will always be the one published on this page, with the date of the last update.
